Who we are
Marshal Trader is published by Gerizim Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17243068). Questions about this policy: support@gerizimdigital.co.uk.
What the app stores, and where
The cars, costs, repairs, sales, receipts, expenses, categories, photos, signatures and business details you enter are saved in a private database inside the app on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
If you record a buyer's or seller's details (for example a name, phone number, address or ID photo on a sale receipt), that information also stays on your device. You are responsible for handling it lawfully in your own business.
Permissions
- Camera and photo library are used only when you choose to attach a photo to a car, receipt or record. Photos are saved inside the app on your device.
- Face ID is used to unlock the app. It is handled entirely by iOS; the app never receives your face data.
Backups and sharing
When you export a backup, a CSV file or a PDF receipt, the file goes only where you send it (for example Files, iCloud Drive, email or print). We never receive a copy.
App updates
When the app opens, it may check our update server for a newer version of the app. This check sends only technical details (the app version and the type of device platform). It contains no personal data and none of your records.
What we do not do
- No sign-up or account
- No analytics, advertising or tracking
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties
Deleting your data
Your data belongs to you. Deleting the app from your phone permanently removes everything it stored. Keep a backup first if you want to restore your records later.
Children
Marshal Trader is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
